Continued support

Supporting change beyond the programme

Follow-up support helps participants reflect on their learning, apply it within everyday working life and continue developing greater awareness, flexibility and choice.

From learning to everyday application

A programme can create meaningful insight, but applying that learning consistently within everyday working life takes time, reflection and practice.

Continued support helps participants revisit the Elevate Mindset Methodology after the initial programme, reflect on what they have noticed and explore where familiar patterns may still be influencing their responses.

It can provide space to:

  • Reinforce key learning

  • Reflect on real workplace experiences

  • Revisit regulation tools

  • Explore challenges that have emerged since the programme

  • Strengthen personal action plans

  • Practise more flexible responses

  • Maintain momentum and accountability

  • Support the continued integration of learning

Support can be designed for individuals, teams, leaders or wider participant groups.

It can be included within the original programme proposal or arranged afterwards in response to the needs of the organisation and participants.

Continued support options

Support can be tailored around the programme, participant group and outcomes your organisation wants to develop.

Follow-up integration sessions

Facilitated group sessions that allow participants to revisit their learning, reflect on workplace experiences and explore where further support or practice may be helpful.

Practical regulation sessions

Focused sessions introducing or revisiting accessible tools for managing activation, restoring perspective and responding more effectively under pressure.

These may include breathwork, grounding and other appropriate nervous system regulation practices.

Individual coaching

One-to-one sessions offering focused support with personal patterns, workplace challenges, communication and continued application of the methodology.

Feedback and evaluation

Participant feedback, learning evaluations and agreed measures can help the organisation understand how the programme was experienced and where further development may be valuable.

Leadership and manager sessions

Dedicated sessions helping managers and leaders reflect on their own responses, support learning within their teams and reinforce the programme without labelling or analysing others.

Bespoke follow-up programmes

Additional sessions can be designed around themes that emerge from the original programme, such as communication, boundaries, feedback, leadership or navigating change.

Participant resources

Workbooks, reflection prompts, practical tools and digital resources can support participants in continuing to apply the learning independently.

Flexible support around your organisation

Continued support does not need to follow one fixed structure. It can be designed around the programme delivered, the needs of participants and the level of ongoing development required.

Light-touch follow-up

A focused integration session delivered several weeks after the programme.

Participants revisit the key learning, reflect on what they have applied and strengthen their personal commitments.

Team integration

A series of follow-up sessions supporting a team to apply the methodology within communication, relationships, workload and everyday challenges.

Sessions can focus on themes emerging from the original programme without requiring individuals to disclose private experiences.

Ongoing development

A longer-term programme combining group integration, leadership support, individual coaching and bespoke follow-up sessions.

This option is most appropriate for organisations wanting to embed the learning within a wider people-development strategy.

The timing and structure are agreed with the organisation. Support may be delivered in person, virtually or through a combination of both.

Who can continued support help?

Continued support can be adapted for different groups across the organisation.

Individuals

One-to-one coaching or focused support can help participants apply the methodology to their own role, responsibilities and workplace challenges.

Teams

Group integration sessions can help teams revisit shared learning, strengthen communication and apply more intentional responses within everyday working relationships.

Leaders and managers

Dedicated support can help leaders develop their own self-awareness while considering how they create the conditions for healthier communication, appropriate boundaries and sustainable performance.

Wider participant groups

Follow-up sessions can bring participants from different teams or departments back together to reinforce learning and maintain momentum.

The organisation

Evaluation, feedback and ongoing development can help the organisation understand what participants are learning while identifying wider themes that may require organisational—not solely individual—attention.

Continued support does not place responsibility for workplace wellbeing entirely on employees. Sustainable change is strongest when individual capability is supported by appropriate leadership, culture, workload and organisational practice.

Planning support around your organisation

Continued support is planned in conversation with the organisation so that it remains relevant, proportionate and connected to the original programme.

We will consider:

  • The programme participants have completed

  • The learning and outcomes the organisation wants to reinforce

  • Challenges participants have experienced when applying the methodology

  • Whether support is needed for individuals, teams or leaders

  • The most appropriate timing and frequency

  • Whether delivery should be in person, virtual or blended

  • How participation, confidentiality and professional boundaries will be maintained

  • How learning and impact will be reviewed

Support can be arranged as a single follow-up session or developed into a longer programme of integration and continued learning.

Following an initial conversation, we will recommend a structure that reflects your organisation, participant group and desired level of support.

Continue the learning beyond the programme

Whether you are looking for a single integration session or a longer-term programme of support, we can create an approach that reflects your people and organisational objectives.

Book an introductory conversation to explore what participants may need after the programme and how continued support could be structured.
