Full-Day Programme

Deeper insight. Practical exploration. Meaningful change.

A comprehensive experience helping people understand their workplace patterns, regulate under pressure and practise more intentional ways of responding.

Performing at Your Best

Building resilience, clarity and sustainable performance

The full-day programme offers a deeper exploration of the Elevate Mindset Methodology, with more time for participants to understand their individual patterns and apply the learning to real workplace situations.

Participants explore how learned beliefs, previous experiences and nervous system responses can influence the way they communicate, manage pressure, approach feedback and relate to others.

The extended format creates space to move beyond initial awareness. Participants can examine what may be driving their familiar responses, recognise the strengths and limitations within those patterns, and practise more flexible ways of responding.

The programme combines:

  • Accessible learning

  • Guided self-enquiry

  • Individual and group reflection

  • Practical regulation tools

  • Paired and group exercises

  • Workplace scenarios and application

  • Personal action planning

Participants are encouraged to reflect meaningfully without being required to disclose private experiences.

The full-day format is ideal for organisations seeking more than an introduction, while still delivering the complete experience within one focused day.

1. Performance under pressure

Participants explore how pressure can affect attention, decision-making, communication and behaviour.

They begin identifying the workplace situations that activate familiar responses and how those responses may affect themselves and others.

What will participants explore?

The full-day programme moves through six connected areas:

2. The nervous system at work

An accessible exploration of how the nervous system responds to pressure, uncertainty and perceived threat.

Participants learn to recognise activation through their thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and behaviour.

3. Automatic workplace patterns

Participants explore recurring strategies such as overworking, seeking control, avoiding conflict, becoming defensive, withdrawing or struggling to ask for support.

The emphasis is on curiosity and understanding—not judgement or labelling.

4. The strengths and limitations within our patterns

Many established patterns contain valuable qualities, including dedication, independence, empathy, preparation and problem-solving.

Participants explore when those strengths support performance and when the same pattern may become rigid, excessive or less helpful.

5. Regulation and greater choice

Participants practise tools that can help them recognise and regulate activation during demanding moments.

They explore how pausing can create enough space to consider what the situation genuinely requires.

6. Applying the learning at work

Through workplace scenarios, paired exercises and reflection, participants practise responding more intentionally to feedback, boundaries, pressure, communication challenges and working relationships.

The aim is to translate insight into action that can continue beyond the programme.

Group of people sitting together, holding notepads and pens, likely participating in a meeting or discussion, with focus on hands and notebooks.

What will participants take away?

By the end of the full-day programme, participants will have:

  • A deeper understanding of how pressure influences thoughts, emotions, physical responses and behaviour

  • Greater awareness of their own recurring workplace patterns

  • Insight into what those patterns may be attempting to protect or achieve

  • An understanding of the strengths and limitations within their familiar responses

  • Greater awareness of how their behaviour may affect communication and working relationships

  • Practical tools to support nervous system regulation

  • Experience applying the methodology to realistic workplace situations

  • A framework for making more intentional decisions during moments of pressure

  • Greater confidence in approaching feedback, boundaries and difficult conversations

  • A personal action plan for continued application after the programme

Participants receive a resource pack containing key concepts, reflection prompts, practical tools and space to record their individual learning.

Deeper understanding creates the opportunity for greater flexibility—not by removing a person’s strengths, but by helping them use those strengths more consciously.

Is a full-day programme right for your organisation?

The full-day format is designed for organisations wanting to create meaningful development within one dedicated day.

It is particularly well suited to:

  • Teams working in demanding or high-pressure environments

  • Managers, leaders and emerging leaders

  • Customer-facing or client-focused professionals

  • Teams experiencing communication or relationship challenges

  • Employees navigating organisational change or uncertainty

  • Groups wanting to strengthen confidence, resilience and self-awareness

  • Organisations seeking a proactive approach to sustainable performance

  • Teams that would benefit from greater understanding of individual responses and group dynamics

  • Organisations wanting sufficient time for both learning and practical application

The programme can be delivered to an established team or a mixed group from across the organisation.

A full day provides enough time for participants to move beyond an initial introduction, explore their patterns more meaningfully and practise applying the methodology to workplace situations.

For organisations wanting more extensive practice, integration and follow-up, the two-day programme may be more appropriate.

Format and delivery

The full-day programme is designed as an interactive learning experience rather than a presentation-led training day.

A typical programme lasts approximately six and a half to seven hours, including breaks and lunch. The final schedule can be adapted around the organisation, venue and participant group.

The programme includes:

  • An initial consultation to understand your objectives

  • Professionally facilitated learning and discussion

  • Individual reflection and self-enquiry

  • Paired and small-group exercises

  • Nervous system regulation tools

  • Workplace scenarios and practical application

  • A participant resource pack

  • Personal action planning

  • End-of-programme feedback and evaluation

The programme can be delivered:

  • In person at your workplace

  • At an external venue

  • Virtually, with the structure and activities adapted for online delivery

  • To an established team

  • To a leadership or management group

  • To participants drawn from different teams or departments

Group size and activities are agreed in advance. Smaller groups allow more discussion and individual exploration, while larger groups require an adapted format to maintain engagement and appropriate boundaries.

Participants are never required to disclose personal experiences and remain in control of how they reflect and contribute throughout the day.

Create meaningful development within one focused day

The full-day programme gives participants time to understand their workplace patterns, develop practical regulation skills and apply the learning to real situations.

Book an introductory conversation to discuss your people, current challenges and desired outcomes. We will help you determine whether the full-day format is the right fit for your organisation.
