Two-Day Programme
Greater depth. Meaningful practice. Sustainable application.
An immersive programme giving participants the time and space to understand established workplace patterns, practise more flexible responses and integrate the learning into everyday working life.
Performing at Your Best
Building resilience, clarity and sustainable performance
The two-day programme is the most immersive expression of the Elevate Mindset Methodology.
It provides participants with greater time to understand their individual workplace patterns, explore what may be driving them and practise more flexible responses within realistic professional situations.
Across the two days, participants move through a structured process:
Day one focuses on awareness and understanding. Participants explore how pressure, learned beliefs and nervous system responses can influence the way they communicate, make decisions and relate to others.
Day two focuses on regulation and intentional action. Participants deepen their practical skills, work through workplace scenarios and consider how to apply their learning within everyday working life.
The extended format allows space for:
Deeper individual reflection
Greater discussion and shared learning
More practical and paired exercises
Exploration of workplace scenarios
Repeated practice of regulation tools
Personal and team application
Meaningful action planning and integration
The programme is professionally bounded and designed for workplace development rather than therapy. Participants are encouraged to reflect honestly without being required to disclose personal experiences.
What will participants explore?
The two-day programme moves through eight connected areas.
Day one: Awareness and understanding
1. Performance under pressure
Participants explore how pressure can influence attention, communication, decision-making and behaviour.
They identify situations that may activate familiar workplace responses.
2. The nervous system at work
Participants develop an accessible understanding of nervous system activation and learn to recognise changes within their thoughts, emotions, body and behaviour.
3. Automatic workplace patterns
Participants explore the recurring strategies they may use to feel prepared, valued, accepted, protected or in control.
The focus remains on curiosity rather than judgement or labelling.
4. What the pattern protects—and what it provides
Participants explore what their familiar responses may be attempting to protect or achieve.
They also identify the strengths within those patterns and consider when those strengths may become rigid, excessive or less helpful.
Day two: Regulation and intentional action
5. Recognising activation in real time
Participants learn to notice earlier signs that an automatic response is beginning, creating more opportunity to intervene before it directs their behaviour.
6. Regulation and returning to choice
Participants practise different regulation tools and consider which approaches are most useful for them in different workplace situations.
7. Flexible responses in practice
Through scenarios and paired exercises, participants practise applying the methodology to pressure, feedback, boundaries, conflict, delegation and difficult conversations.
8. Integration and continued application
Participants identify how they will apply their learning after the programme and create practical commitments that reflect their role, working relationships and organisational environment.
What will participants take away?
By the end of the two-day programme, participants will have:
A deeper understanding of how pressure influences their thoughts, emotions, physical responses and behaviour
Greater awareness of their own recurring workplace patterns and activators
Insight into what those patterns may be attempting to protect or achieve
A clearer understanding of the strengths and limitations within their familiar responses
Greater awareness of how their behaviour may affect colleagues, communication and team dynamics
A range of practical nervous system regulation tools
Experience recognising activation and applying regulation in realistic scenarios
Greater confidence approaching feedback, boundaries, delegation, conflict and difficult conversations
Practice choosing responses that reflect the needs of themselves, others and the situation
A personal framework for continued reflection and self-enquiry
A practical integration plan for applying the learning within everyday work
Participants receive a comprehensive resource pack containing key concepts, reflection exercises, regulation tools, workplace application prompts and space to record their personal learning.
The extended format creates space not only to understand a different response, but to practise what choosing it can feel like in real situations.
Is a two-day programme right for your organisation?
The two-day format is designed for organisations seeking deeper development, practical application and greater opportunity for integration.
It is particularly well suited to:
Leadership and management teams
Emerging-leader development programmes
Teams working in demanding or high-pressure environments
Customer-facing or client-focused professionals
Teams navigating significant change or uncertainty
Groups experiencing communication or relationship challenges
Organisations wanting to strengthen self-awareness and emotional intelligence
Teams that would benefit from a deeper understanding of individual responses and group dynamics
Organisations investing in sustainable performance and long-term capability
Cohorts participating in a wider learning and development programme
The programme is not only for teams experiencing difficulties. It can also support well-performing teams that want to understand themselves more deeply, strengthen their working relationships and develop greater flexibility under pressure.
The two-day format is most appropriate when the organisation wants participants to move beyond insight and have meaningful time to practise, reflect and apply the methodology.
Format and delivery
The two-day programme is designed as an immersive and interactive learning experience, with a balance of education, reflection, discussion and practical application.
Each day typically lasts approximately six and a half to seven hours, including breaks and lunch. The final schedule can be adapted around the organisation, venue and participant group.
The programme can be delivered:
Across two consecutive days for an immersive experience
As two separate days with an agreed period between them
In person at your workplace
At an external venue
Virtually, with activities adapted for online participation
To an established team
To a leadership or management cohort
To participants drawn from different teams or departments
Delivering the programme across two separate dates can give participants time to apply the learning between sessions. Day two can then include reflection on what they noticed, what felt challenging and where further practice may be helpful.
The programme includes:
An initial consultation to understand your objectives
Two professionally facilitated programme days
Individual reflection and self-enquiry
Paired and small-group exercises
Practical nervous system regulation tools
Workplace scenarios and applied practice
A comprehensive participant resource pack
Personal integration and action planning
Participant feedback and evaluation
Group size and activities are agreed in advance to ensure the programme remains engaging, appropriately bounded and relevant to participants.
No one is required to disclose personal experiences. Participants remain in control of how they reflect, contribute and engage throughout both days.
Tailored to your organisation
The two-day programme provides greater opportunity to tailor the learning around your organisation, participant group and desired outcomes.
Before delivery, we will explore:
The challenges currently affecting your people
The roles and responsibilities of participants
The working environment and organisational context
The outcomes you want the programme to support
Relevant sensitivities and accessibility requirements
How the programme fits within your wider people strategy
How participant learning and programme impact will be evaluated
The programme can place greater emphasis on areas such as:
Performing sustainably under pressure
Leadership and self-leadership
Confidence and communication
Feedback and difficult conversations
Boundaries, delegation and workload management
Team relationships and collaboration
Trust, responsibility and asking for support
Navigating uncertainty and organisational change
Emotional awareness and regulation
Customer-facing or high-pressure roles
If the programme is delivered across two separate dates, the second day can be further adapted in response to what participants noticed and experienced while applying the learning between sessions.
The methodology remains consistent while the examples, scenarios and areas of application are shaped around the needs of your organisation.
Create the space for deeper and more sustainable development
The two-day programme gives participants the time to understand their workplace patterns, practise new responses and integrate the learning into everyday working life.
Book an introductory conversation to discuss your people, current challenges and desired outcomes. We will help you determine whether the two-day format is the right fit for your organisation.
