WORKPLACE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES

Helping People Perform at Their Best

Practical, evidence-informed programmes that help people understand how they think, communicate and respond under pressure.

Through greater self-awareness, nervous system regulation and practical workplace application, participants develop the resilience, clarity and behavioural flexibility needed to perform sustainably.

Available as half-day workshops, full-day programmes and immersive two-day experiences.

PERFORMING AT YOUR BEST

Building Resilience, Clarity and Sustainable Performance

Performing at Your Best is the core Elevate Mindset workplace-development programme.

It helps participants explore the internal patterns influencing how they communicate, manage pressure, approach challenges and perform within their roles.

Rather than focusing only on what people should do differently, the programme helps them understand what may be driving their current responses. Participants learn to recognise automatic patterns, explore the strengths and limitations within them, and develop more flexible ways of responding.

The programme is structured around four connected capabilities:

Awareness • Understanding • Regulation • Intentional Action

Through accessible learning, guided self-enquiry, practical exercises and workplace application, participants develop tools they can continue using beyond the programme.

The content can be delivered at different levels of depth through our half-day, full-day and two-day formats.

WHO IS THE PROGRAMME FOR?

Performing at Your Best can support people across different roles, responsibilities and stages of professional development.

It is particularly relevant for:

  • Teams working in demanding or fast-paced environments

  • Employees managing high expectations or competing priorities

  • Managers and emerging leaders

  • Customer-facing and client-focused professionals

  • Teams navigating change, uncertainty or increased pressure

  • Employees who would benefit from greater confidence and self-awareness

  • Organisations seeking a proactive approach to resilience and sustainable performance

  • Teams wanting to strengthen communication and working relationships

The programme can be delivered to established teams or groups of participants from across the organisation.

Participants do not need any previous experience of mindset or nervous system work. The content is accessible, professionally bounded and designed for workplace learning rather than therapy.

No one is required to disclose personal experiences. Participants remain in control of how they reflect, contribute and engage throughout the programme.

What Can The Programme Support?

Organisations may choose Performing at Your Best when they are noticing challenges such as:

  • Employees feeling overwhelmed by pressure or competing demands

  • Difficulty setting boundaries or managing workload sustainably

  • Reduced confidence when speaking up or making decisions

  • Defensive or avoidant responses to feedback

  • Communication difficulties within teams

  • Conflict being avoided rather than addressed constructively

  • Employees taking on too much responsibility

  • Challenges with delegation, trust or asking for support

  • Overthinking, perfectionism or fear of making mistakes

  • Reduced focus, motivation or emotional resilience

  • Teams navigating uncertainty, transition or organisational change

  • Strong individual performers struggling to work collaboratively

The programme does not label or categorise participants. Instead, it helps people recognise the patterns that may be influencing them and explore more flexible responses.

The exact focus can be adapted to reflect the needs of the organisation, the participant group and the outcomes you want to support.

We move beyond asking what someone should do differently and explore what may be shaping the response—and what could create greater choice.

Choose The Right Format For Your People

Performing at Your Best can be delivered at three levels of depth. Each format is grounded in the same methodology while allowing different amounts of time for exploration, practice and workplace application.

HALF-DAY WORKSHOP

A focused introduction

Recognise patterns that influence responses under pressure and learn practical tools that can be applied immediately.

Best suited for:
Team-development days, wellbeing initiatives, conferences or an introduction to the Elevate Mindset approach.

FULL-DAY PROGRAMME

Deeper development

Explore individual patterns through self-enquiry, practical exercises and workplace application.

Best suited for:
Teams seeking meaningful development within a focused one-day experience.

TWO-DAY PROGRAMME

An immersive experience

Explore established patterns more deeply, practise new responses and create greater opportunity for integration.

Best suited for:
Leadership development, high-pressure teams and organisations seeking deeper, more sustainable learning.

Tailored To Your Organisation

Every organisation, team and working environment is different. Before delivery, we take time to understand your people, current challenges and desired outcomes.

While the Elevate Mindset Methodology remains consistent, the emphasis, examples and practical application can be adapted to reflect your organisation.

Programmes can be tailored around areas such as:

  • Resilience and sustainable performance

  • Communication and confidence

  • Responding effectively under pressure

  • Boundaries and workload management

  • Feedback and difficult conversations

  • Leadership and self-leadership

  • Team relationships and collaboration

  • Navigating uncertainty and change

  • Emotional intelligence and self-awareness

  • Customer-facing or high-pressure roles

Programmes can be delivered in person or virtually and adapted for established teams, cross-organisational groups, leadership cohorts and workplace-development events.

Following an introductory conversation, we will recommend the format and areas of focus most suited to your objectives.

Supporting Change Beyond The Programme

Meaningful development does not always happen within a single workshop. Continued support can help participants reflect on their learning, apply it within everyday situations and maintain momentum over time.

Depending on the needs of your organisation, continued support may include:

  • Follow-up integration sessions

  • Individual coaching

  • Leadership or manager sessions

  • Participant resource packs

  • Guided reflection and practical exercises

  • Feedback and evaluation reports

  • Regulation or breathwork sessions

  • Bespoke follow-up workshops

Support can be included as part of a wider programme or added after the initial delivery.

NOT SURE WHICH FORMAT IS RIGHT FOR YOUR TEAM?

You do not need to choose a programme before getting in touch.

During an introductory conversation, we will explore the challenges your organisation is experiencing, the people you want to support and the outcomes you would like to create.

We can then recommend the most appropriate format and tailor the programme around your organisation’s needs.
